Project: SaaS system, construction industry.

Project idea: the goal of the project is to make an efficient software that helps businesses eliminate the headache of keeping track of paper proposals and equipment orders, helping your company work smarter, not harder. The project helps any company that operates in the service field become efficient by simplifying the process and by making it easier to keep track of sales.

 

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 18:00 to 03:00 (Kyiv time).

Start: ASAP.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Mastery in written English at the Advanced level;
  • Good communication skills (ability to work with objections);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Be able to take responsibility;
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support;
  • Experience of communicating with native speakers.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communication with the client;
  • Provision of technical assistance and support by phone;
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Work with the CRM system;
  • Solving various situations with clients and employees;
  • Communication with the development team to solve technical problems of clients;
  • Preparation of metrics, and reports on work results.
